Lecithin Tween-80 Nutrient Agar Base

preparation method
Weigh 44g of this product in 1L of distilled water or deionized water, add Tween-807g (if TTC lecithin Tween 80 nutrient Agar medium is prepared, 1ml of 0.5%TTC solution should be added per 100ml of medium), heat and boil until completely dissolved, divide into aliquots, autoclaving at 121℃ for 20 minutes, shake well after sterilization. In case the Agar settles on the bottom of the utensil and solidify, set aside.
