Product introduction
Bromothymol blue was used as an indicator without carbon source for sugar fermentation experiments.
preparation method
Weigh 20.0g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can increase or decrease the amount of preparation according to the proportion), dissolve in lukewarm, add 0.5% sugar solution as needed to prepare sugar fermentation medium, pack, autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and set for use.
