preparation method
Weigh 52.1g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, add 7g Tween-80 after heating and dissolving, shake well, repack, autoclave sterilization at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent the Agar from depositing on the bottom of the dish and solidification, and set for use.
