Product introduction
For the isolation of pathogenic bacteria with very high nutritional requirements. Sterile defibrinated sheep blood was added to make blood plate.
preparation method
Weigh 40.0g of this product, dissolve in 1000ml distilled water by heating, autoclave sterilization at 121℃ for 15 minutes, when cold to 45-50℃, add 5%-8% sterile defiber sheep blood, mix well, pour into a sterile dish.
