For the determination of total bacterial counts (ISO) in cosmetics, one 5g of Tween-80 per liter of culture medium is required.
preparation method
Weigh 47.4g of this product in 1L of distilled water or deionized water, add one piece of Tween-80, dissolve in mild temperature, divide into aliquots, autoclave sterilization at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent the Agar from depositing on the bottom of the dish and coagulate, and set aside.
