For toxigenic cultures of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli, 9mg lincomycin per 100ml was added.
preparation method
Weigh 52.54g of this product, dissolve in 1000ml distilled water by heating, autoclave sterilization at 121℃ for 15 minutes, when it is cooled to about 45-50℃, add the filtered and sterilized lincomycin solution, containing 90ug per ml of medium, mix well, and set aside.
