Product introduction

Purpose: Used for solid plate detection of coliform bacteria.

preparation method

Weigh 43.0g of this product, add 1000ml distilled water, dissolve by heating without stopping stirring, and boil for 1 minute. When it is cooled to about 45-50 ° C, it is poured into a sterile dish without autoclaving.

Precautions

Quality control and typical characteristics: Plates with 30 to 150 colonies were selected for incubation at 36±1 ° C for 18 to 24 hours, and typical coliform colonies appearing on plates were counted. Typical colonies are pink, purple-red, or red, with or without bile salt precipitation rings around the colonies
