Product introduction

For Coliform identification (NMKL), a biochemical identification tube of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli kit containing peptone water, semi-solid Agar, potassium cyanide, potassium cyanide control, lysine, amino acid control, urea Agar, oxidase, etc., was added to every 100ml of medium.

preparation method

Weigh 56.2g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (the amount of preparation can be increased or decreased according to the proportion), boil until completely dissolved, divide into aliquots, autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cooled to about 50℃, add a biochemical identification tube of diarrhoagenic Escherichia coli kit to every 100mL of medium, mix and pour into a sterile dish, and set aside.
