Product introduction
For bacterial urease detection test.
preparation method
Weigh 29.0g of this product in 1L of distilled water or deionized water, boil until completely dissolved, repack, autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent the Agar from being deposited at the bottom of the vessel and solidification, cool to 50℃-55℃, add 5mL of 40% urea solution to 100ml of medium, mix, prepare bevel.
