Arginine dihydrolase assay for bacteria.
preparation method
Weigh 14.0g of this product in 1L of distilled water or deionized water, boil until completely dissolved, divide into small test tubes, add 0.5ml liquid paraffin drops to each tube, autoclave sterilization at 115℃ for 15 minutes, and set to use.
