For selective enrichment of Salmonella .
preparation method
Weigh 46g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can increase or reduce the amount of preparation according to the proportion), heat and boil for 1 minute, cool to 25℃, add iodine solution and 0.1% bright green solution to each 100ml, use hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to 7.2±0.1, mix and pack.
