preparation method
Weigh 11.02g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can increase or decrease the amount of preparation according to the proportion), heat until completely dissolved, divided, 115℃ autoclave sterilization for 20 minutes, please shake after sterilization, in order to prevent the Agar deposited on the bottom of the dish and solidified, set back.
