preparation method
Weigh 11.3g of this product in 100ml distilled water or deionized water, keep at 100℃ for 30 minutes, cool to 46-50℃, add 5ml pre-washed fresh rabbit red blood cells (containing anticoagulant), mix well, and pour into the plate.
