10% Sodium Chloride Tryptone Soy Broth

Product Introduction:
It is used for enrichment culture of Staphylococcus aureus.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 125.0g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced proportically), dissolve at mild temperature, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside. When preparing double-peptone soy broth, the ingredients except distilled water are doubled.

pH: 7.3±0.2, 25℃
