preparation method

Weigh 110g of this product, add it to 1000ml distilled water, boil and dissolve, divide into aliquots, autoclave sterilize at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilizing to prevent the Agar from depositing on the bottom of the dish and solidifying.
