Brucella Medium Base
Storage:RT.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 45.0 g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to about 50-55℃, add 5% inactivated horse serum per 100ml medium (keep warm at 56℃ for 30 minutes). And one Brucella selective additive or one modified Brucella selective additive, mix, pour plate, set aside.

Beef infusion powder: 5.0
Glucose: 10.0
pH: 7.5±0.2, 25℃
