Preparation Method:
Weigh and boil 44.6 grams of this product, dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to about 50℃, add A modified Camp-BAP Agar additive A(containing vancomycin 1mg, polymyxin B250u) into every 100ml medium. A modified Camp-BAP Agar additive B(containing amphotericin 0.2mg, cephalosporin 1.5mg) and sterile defibrillated sheep blood 5ml, mixed, inverted plate, set aside.
