Preparation Method:
Weigh 53.5g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil it for more than 1 minute to completely dissolve, then pack in test tubes, autoclave it at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool it to about 50℃, add 1ml of improved CCDA medium base additive (including cephalosporin sodium and rifampicin amphotericin B) every 100ml medium, mix it well, pour it into plates, set it.
