preparation method
Weigh 58.0g of this product in 1L of distilled water or deionized water (the amount of preparation can be increased or decreased according to the proportion), boil until completely dissolved, pack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50-55℃, add 1 (CIN-1 medium basic additive) per 100ml of medium, mix well, and pour into the plate.
