Columbia Blood Agar Base

Product Introduction:
It is used to configure blood Agar.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 44g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, boil and dissolve, then pack, autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to about 55℃, add 7%-10% aseptic defibrillated sheep blood, mix and quickly add about 10ml-20ml into each aseptic plate, coagulate for later use.

Sodium chloride: 5
Meat stomach enzyme digestion: 5
Corn starch: 1
Cardiac trypsin digest: 3
Yeast extract powder: 5
Agar: 15
pH: 7.3±0.2
