Oxacillin Resistance Screening Agar Base

Product Introduction:
For the screening of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, 50,000 IU of polymyxin B and 2mg of oxacillin per liter of medium were added.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 103.5 grams of this product, boil and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, cool to 50℃, add 50,000 IU polymyxin B and 2mg oxacillin per liter of medium, and set aside.

Sodium chloride: 55.0
Mannitol: 10.0
Aniline blue: 0.2
Agar: 12.5
pH: 7.2± 0.2:25 ℃
