The yeast nucleus extraction kit is suitable for extracting complete active nuclei from various yeasts. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The prepared yeast nucleus has high purity, natural activity and little cross-contamination. The extracted nuclei can be used for downstream applications such as nuclear function study or protein extraction. We can provide protein extraction kits for animal cells, tissues, plants, fungi, yeast, microorganisms, algae, liquid, soil and other different samples. We can also provide protein extraction kits for different parts of cells, such as cell membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria, lysosome, Golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum, exosome, etc. We can provide kits for different applications of downstream experiments, such as Western Blot and bidirectional electrophoresis; protein extraction kits with and without detergent components, and more than 300 protein extraction kits for protein mass spectrometry detection and Pull-down experiments are available.
