Product Introduction:

Used for bacterial test, culture and sterility test.

Preparation Method:

Weigh 29.25g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, boil and dissolve, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and cool quickly after sterilization. Before inoculation, the height of the oxidized layer of the medium shall not exceed 1/3 of the depth of the medium, otherwise, it must be heated in a 100℃ water bath until the pink disappears, and quickly cooled, and only heated once to prevent contamination.

Casein peptone: 15 yeast extract powder: 5

Agar: 0.75 sodium thioglycolate: 0.5

Glucose: 5 L-cystine: 0.5

Sodium chloride: 2.5 Azulin: 0.001

pH: 7.1±0.2
