Product Introduction:
For Clostridium perfringens count, one 0.1g of D-cycloserine solution was added per 250ml of medium.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 47.0g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, divided into 500ml flaker, 250ml each, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Before dumping the platen, 20ml of 0.5% D-cycloserine solution filtered for sterilization was added to each 250ml medium (50℃).
Making yolk plate
Add 50% yolk emulsion 20ml to 250ml D-cycloserine containing medium, pour into sterile plates, about 15ml per plate. Let the plate dry at room temperature before use.
