Preparation Method:
Weigh 80.0g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, dissolve at a mild temperature, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 10 minutes, set aside. For clostridium botulinum growth culture, it is necessary to add 1:250 saturated trypsin solution.
