Trypticase Sulfite Neomycin Agar

Preparation Method:
Weigh 40.0g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or decreased according to the proportion of preparation), dissolve with heat, subpack, autoclave at 118℃ for 12 minutes, shake well after sterilization, set aside.

Neomycin sulfate: 0.05
Polymyxin B: 0.02
Agar: 13.5
pH: 7.2±0.2, 25℃
