Product Introduction:
For the isolation and culture of anaerobic bacteria, VK1 and defibrillated sheep blood are added as appropriate.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 41.9 grams of this product, boil and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, set aside. Add VK1 and defibrillated sheep blood as appropriate.
