For isolation and culture of anaerobes
preparation method
Weigh 50.4g of this product in 1L of deionized water, boil until completely dissolved, pack, autoclast at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50-55℃, add 0.5mg of hemin chloride and 1.0mg of vitamin K1 solution to 100ml of medium, mix, add 5-10% sterile defibrous sheep blood, shake well, pour into the plate.
