Sulfite Cycloserine Agar Base

Product Introduction:
For counting and culture of Clostridium perfringens.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 40g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can also be increased or reduced in proportion), heat and boil for more than 1 minute to completely dissolve, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 44-47℃, aseptic operation add D-cycloserine 0.1g per 250ml medium, gently shake well, set aside.

Soy peptone: 5.0
Yeast infusion powder: 5.0
Na2S2O5:1.0
Ferric ammonium citrate: 1.0
Agar: 13.0
pH: 7.6±0.2, 25℃
