Product Introduction:
For the preservation of anaerobes, one 0.5mg hemin chloride solution and one 0.1mg vitamin K1 solution per 100ml of medium were selectively added if needed.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 52.5g of this product in 1L of distilled or deionized water, stir and heat to boil until completely dissolved, if necessary, add 1 heme chloride solution and 1 vitamin K1 solution to no more than 100ml of medium, mix well, pack, autoclave at 115℃ for 15 minutes, and then set back.
