Product Introduction:
For the preservation of anaerobes, one 0.5mg hemin chloride solution and one 0.1mg vitamin K1 solution per 100ml of medium were selectively added if needed.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 74.0g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, then pack separately, if necessary, add 0.5mg heme chloride solution and 0.1mg vitamin K1 solution to every 100ml medium, and autoclave at 115℃ for 15 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent Agar from settling on the bottom of the vessel and solidifying. Pour into the plate.
