Preparation Method:
Weigh 32.2g of this product, boil and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 115℃ for 30 minutes, and cool quickly after sterilization. The height of the oxidized layer of the medium shall not exceed 1/5 of the depth of the medium before inoculation, otherwise, it must be heated in a 100℃ water bath until the pink disappears, and it must be cooled rapidly, and it can only be heated once to prevent contamination.
