Product Introduction:
Anaerobic basal medium, supplemented with one 0.5mg heme chloride solution and one 0.1mg vitamin K1 solution per 100ml of medium.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 63.5g of this product in 1L purified water, stir and heat to boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50℃, add 0.5mg heme chloride solution and 0.1mg vitamin K1 solution into every 100ml medium, shake well, pour into plates, and set aside.
