Product Introduction:

For selective isolation and culture of Fusobacterium.

Preparation Method:

Weigh 53.2g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, then pack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes or 115℃ for 30 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, set aside. Cold to 55℃, aseptic operation, every 100ml along the bottle wall preheated 35℃ defibrillated sheep blood 5ml; Sterile vancomycin 0.5mg; Oxamycin 0.3mg; 10mg neomycin, mix well, pour plate.

Tissue digestives: 10.0

Glucose: 1.0

Yeast Infusion powder: 2.0

Sodium chloride: 5.0

Sodium bisulfite: 0.1

Heme chloride: 2.5mg

Disodium hydrogen phosphate: 5.0

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: 1.0

Magnesium sulfate: 0.1

TWEEN 80:1.0 ml

Dithiothreitol: 0.01

Agar: 15.0

pH: 7.4±0.2, 25℃
