Clostridium Welchii Agar Base With Kanamycin

Product Introduction:
For the test of Clostridium weil in heating materials, yolk saline suspension or defibrillated blood should be added.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 60.2g of this product, boil and dissolve in 900ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, cool to 50℃ and add 100ml egg yolk water solution, shake well, set aside.

Monthly peptone: 10
Lactose: 10
Phenol red: 0.05
Kanamycin: 0.2
Agar: 20
pH: 7.2±0.2, 25℃
