Product Introduction:
For the culture of propionibacterium acnes, does not contain vitamin K, need to add 1 cooked beef grain (LA0890).
Preparation Method:
Weigh 50.5 g of this product, boil and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, divide into test tubes, add an appropriate amount of cooked meat and beef cubes (accounting for 1/3 of the height of the liquid) into the test tube, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, set aside.
