The BWW medium storage solution of sperm cells is mainly composed of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, phenol red, etc., without glucose, sodium pyruvate, BSA and antibiotics. It is a common nutrient solution designed for capacitation treatment of broad-spectrum animal and human sperm cells, and can be used to prepare culture medium.
