Product introduction
Application of aerobic bacteria sterility test in turbid products
Principle: casitone and yeast extract powder provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; Glucose provides fermentable sugars that are more conducive to growth; Sodium chloride was used to maintain the equilibrium osmotic pressure. Sodium thioethanolate and L-cystine can effectively reduce the REDOX potential and prevent the accumulation of peroxides from being toxic to some bacteria. At the same time, their sulfhydryl groups can passivate the antibacterial effect of preservative containing arsenic, mercury and other heavy metals. The coagulation of a small amount of Agar prevents the diffusion of carbon dioxide, oxygen and reduction products; Resazurin is a REDOX indicator that is pink in the oxidation state and colorless in the reduction state.
