Preparation Method:
Weigh 70.3g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced in proportion), heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling on the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, set aside.
