For the detection of fungi.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 65g of this product, add it to 1000ml distilled water, boil and dissolve it, divide it into parts, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50-55℃, pour it into a sterile plate and set aside.

Animal tissue peptic peptone 1:1 mixture: 10
Glucose: 40
Agar powder: 15
