Yeast Extract Glucose Chloramphenicol Agar

Product Introduction:
For the separation and counting of mold and yeast.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 38.1g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, set aside.

Agar: 13.0
pH: 6.6±0.2, 25℃
