Product Introduction:
For the culture of skin fungi.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 37.5g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or decreased in proportion), heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclast at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from being deposited in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, cool to about 50℃, add 50mg of actinone to every 100ml medium. Shake well, pour flat plate aside.

Phenol red: 0.2

pH: 5.5±0.2, 25℃
