Nutrient Salt Broth

Product Introduction:
For antibacterial performance test, 0.5g Tween-80 was added to the medium per liter.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 34.1g of this product in 1L of distilled or deionized water containing 0.05% wetting agent (such as T80, N-methylethanesulfonic acid or sodium dioctylsulfonate), heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclaved at 115℃ for 30 minutes, and set back.

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: 0.7
Potassium hydrogen phosphate: 0.3
Potassium chloride: 0.5
Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate: 0.5
Ferrous sulfate heptahydrate: 0.1
Sucrose: 30
pH: 6.0-6.5, 25℃
