Dextrose Peptone Agar

Preparation Method:
Weigh 43.5 g of this product, boil and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50-55℃, add 10mg chloramphenicol solution every 200ml medium to make glucosepeptone Agar containing antibiotics, mix well and set it away.

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: 1.0
Agar: 15.0
pH: 5.7±0.1, 25℃
