Dextrose Peptone Broth

Product Introduction:
Used for mold and yeast detection.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 28.5g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cold to 50-55 ℃, add 10mg chloramphenicol solution every 200ml medium to make glucosepeptone broth containing antibiotics, mix well, and set away.

Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate 0.5
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: 1.0
pH: 5.7±0.1, 25℃
