Product Introduction:
Used for isolation and culture of Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 45.6g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, set aside.

Yeast infusion powder: 20.0
Ferric ammonium citrate: 0.5
Ammonium chloride: 0.002
Chloramphenicol: 0.1
Agar: 15.0
pH: 6.3±0.2, 25℃
