Product Introduction:

YNB and biotin were added to induce expression in Pichia pastoris, and 1% glycerol or 0.5% methanol was added during induction.

Preparation Method:

Weigh 44.1g of this product, boil and dissolve it in 800ml deionized water, autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cooling and aseptic operation, add 100ml of 13.4%YNB solution and 2ml of 0.02% biotin solution. Before induction, BMMY medium was prepared by adding 100ml 5% methanol aqueous solution filtered for sterilization, and BMGY medium was prepared by adding 100ml sterile 10% glycerol aqueous solution.

Yeast Infusion powder: 10.0

pH6.0 Phosphate buffer: 100mmol
