Product Introduction:
Wright-Giemsa staining solution is a compound staining solution, which has the advantages of Wright-Giemsa staining and Giemsa staining. It is mainly used in blood and bone marrow smear staining. Various cells and various components of cells have different affinities to the acidic and basic dyes in Wright-Giemsa staining solution due to their different chemical properties. Therefore, after staining with Wright-Giemsa staining solution, the corresponding kinds of cells show different colors, so as to achieve the purpose of identifying their morphological characteristics. The Giemsa staining solution had a strong staining effect on the cytoplasm, which could better show the basophilic degree of the cytoplasm, the staining is clear and pure, but the staining of the nucleus is darker, and the nuclear structure is poorly displayed. Wright's staining showed moderate staining of the nucleus, clear and brilliant nuclear structure and color, and better identification of the nuclear structure, but poor staining of the cytoplasm. Therefore, Wright's Giemsa mixed staining has the characteristics of good staining effect, clear contrast and easy operation.
