Product introduction:
Lyso Tracker Red is a lysosomal red fluorescent probe that can be used for lysosomal specific fluorescence staining in living cells. Lyso Tracker Red is a weakly alkaline fluorescent probe labeled with DND 99 from Molecular Probes, which can selectively remain in acidic lysosomes, achieving specific fluorescence labeling of lysosomes. Neutral Red and Acridine Orange can also be used for fluorescence staining of lysosomes, but their staining lacks specificity. Lyso Tracker Red exhibits red fluorescence, with a maximum excitation wavelength of 577nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 590nm during detection.

Method of use:
The reagent can be diluted in a ratio of 1:20000 to prepare 1000ml of Lyso Tracker Red working solution.
