Endocannbiotin is widely distributed in mammalian tissues, especially in liver, lung, spleen, fat, brain and other tissues. After formalin fixation, the endogenously produced background is reduced, but the background in the frozen section is greatly enhanced. Intense antigen repair exposes endogenous substances in formalin-immobilized tissues, such as endocavidin-biotin. This kit contains endocavidin blocking solution and biotin blocking solution, which can well inhibit the activity of endogenous substances (mainly endocavidin-biotin), especially suitable for blocking the activity of endogenous substances in immunohistochemistry.
